Higley Business Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Bettendorf resident Allen Higley, who served as an adjunct instructor for business classes and appreciated the opportunity the community college provides to students and the impact those students can then have in the community.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:
*Have declared a major of Business
*Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Scholarship Use
This scholarship is awarded for the Fall 2026 semester.
Scholarship awards will be applied to your tuition, books, and fees first. Any rollover dollars must be used by the end of the Spring 2027 semester. SCC Foundation scholarships are non-transferable.
