James & Jeralee Mannhardt Scholarship

This scholarship was created on November 20, 2009 by James and Jeralee Mannhardt through an endowment established with the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:

• Are enrolled full-time to earn an associate’s degree or certificate
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
• Preference of a recipient should be based on need, merit, and recommendation in that order, with 50% of the decision based on financial need, 25% of the decision based on merit evaluated by community and personal activities, and work experience, and 25% of the decision based on the recommendation of a counselor or teacher that the student would benefit from a scholarship
• Are a previous recipient of the award and have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA

Awards will attempt to be divided equally between one male and one female student.

Scholarship Use
This scholarship is awarded for the Fall 2025 semester.
Scholarship awards will be applied to your tuition, books, and fees first. For more information on how to use your remaining scholarship dollars, please reach out to the SCC Foundation. Any rollover dollars must be used by the end of the Spring 2026 semester. SCC Foundation scholarships are non-transferable.
