HVAC Scholarship

This scholarship fund was initially established by Mark Lewis, HVAC instructor, and the 1994 second-year HVAC students through community service and support of area contractors and suppliers. Over the years support has continued to this fund by John Blair, HVAC instructor, and other college faculty and staff members. It is intended to provide financial assistance and recognition to students in the HVAC program.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:

• Have completed one semester in the HVAC program
• Demonstrate unmet financial need
• Are involved in community service and/or college organizations

Scholarship Use
This scholarship is awarded for the Fall 2025 semester.
Scholarship awards will be applied to your tuition, books, and fees first. For more information on how to use your remaining scholarship dollars, please reach out to the SCC Foundation. Any rollover dollars must be used by the end of the Spring 2026 semester. SCC Foundation scholarships are non-transferable.
