Established by John and Mary Blong this is a donor designated fund in the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:

• Are an Iowa resident
• Have earned their HiSET through EICC within the past year
• Have a minimum combined HiSET score of 60
• Demonstrated financial need

This scholarship award is for the fall semester.
