Nyle & Teresa Paper Academic Achievement Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2013 by Nyle and Teresa Paper. The intent of the scholarship is to recognize and reward rural Scott County students for their high academic achievement.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:

  • Are enrolling for 12 credit hours or more during the fall semester
  • Have a minimum 3.0 high school or SCC GPA
  • Are living on a farm or in a rural area
  • Are a STEM Major
  • Are a Scott County Resident

Scholarship Use
This scholarship is awarded for the Fall 2025 semester.
Scholarship awards will be applied to your tuition, books, and fees first. For more information on how to use your remaining scholarship dollars, please reach out to the SCC Foundation. Any rollover dollars must be used by the end of the Spring 2026 semester. SCC Foundation scholarships are non-transferable.
