Family, Friends, & Colleagues of Pacia Ann Sauer

The Pacia Sauer Memorial Scholarship was created by the family, friends, and colleagues of Pacia Ann Sauer as a tribute to her. Pacia was Board Secretary and Assistant to the Chancellor of the Eastern Iowa Community College District where she was employed for 25 years. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, the church women’s group, the Davenport Chamber of Commerce – Women’s Division, and former member of the Bettendorf Symphony. She had been active in the Bettendorf Community Theater, and her hobbies included writing poetry, camping and music. The intent of the scholarship is to reward and recognize a student who most reflects Pacia’s enthusiasm for life and learning.
