Family, Friends, & Colleagues of Vernice "Kay" Kranzler

The Vernice “Kay” Kranzler Cancer Information Management (CIM) Memorial Scholarship was established in the memory of Vernice “Kay” Kranzler who passed away on December 5, 2007 after a lengthy and challenging battle with cancer. Kay never was able to get a college degree for herself, but she greatly admired her children for their educational accomplishments. She saw the financial struggles her daughter endured as a non-traditional physician assistant and it is only fitting that her legacy live on by helping deserving Scott Community College students in the Cancer Information Management program.
