William & Linda Z Tubbs Rotary Scholarship for Nontraditional Students

The William & Linda Z Tubbs Rotary Scholarship for Nontraditional Students was established through the Quad Cities Community Foundation by William & Linda Tubbs to support nontraditional students in a vocational field.

Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria:

• Are a nontraditional student in any Career & Technical Education program
• Are a member of an under served population

Scholarship Use
This scholarship award is for the fall semester.
